Vievé Protein Bars: Snacks, Not Punishment

Vievé protein bars in Coconut Craze, Pistachio Punch and Strawberry Blondie flavours

Gifted Vievé sent us these to try, free of charge. No money changed hands — our verdict is our own.

Let’s be honest about protein bars. Most of them make you choose: something that tastes good but is basically a chocolate bar in a gym costume, or something “clean” that tastes like a yoga mat. Vievé reckons you shouldn’t have to pick — and for anyone juggling training with a busy day, a decent protein snack you can throw in the bag is genuinely handy.

The numbers

This is the bit that matters if you’re keeping an eye on your macros. Each 44g Vievé bar packs:

  • 15g of protein — enough to actually count toward your day, not a token sprinkle.
  • High in fibre — around a third of your recommended daily intake in a single bar.
  • Barely any sugar — between 1.1g and 1.8g depending on the flavour.
  • Under 160 calories — a sensible hit between meals or after a session.

They’re also gluten free, and sit comfortably alongside GLP-1 and macro-balanced diets — useful if you’re tracking closely.

The flavours

There are three, all built on real-food flavours rather than the usual chemical aftertaste:

Vievé Pistachio Punch protein bar — 15g protein, high fibre, low sugar
Vievé Strawberry Blondie protein bar — 15g protein, high fibre, low sugar
Vievé Coconut Craze protein bar — 15g protein, high fibre, low sugar

Pistachio Punch, Strawberry Blondie and Coconut Craze — the whole idea being that they taste like a snack, not a punishment. Chuck one in your gym bag or rucksack and you’ve got a proper fuel option for a long day, a hike, or the drive home from training.
